1. Introduction
The purpose of this document is to regulate the GENERAL TERMS AND / OR CONDITIONS of the online Booking and Pre-Booking services (hereinafter, and interchangeably, Online Booking and Pre-Booking services or Services) of SAN CARLO SUITE TORINO S.R.L., With registered office in Turin, Piazza San Carlo 197 .. The terms "You / You" and "User" are used here to refer to any individual and / or entity that for any reason accesses www.sancarlosuitetorino.it or use the services.
The use of these services implies full and unconditional acceptance and validity of all and all the General Conditions and / or Conditions - which are considered automatically incorporated in the contract stipulated with San Carlo Suite Torino, without the need for your written transcription in the itself - included in the latest version of these General Conditions and / or Conditions.
2. USE OF PRE-BOOKING AND ONLINE BOOKING SERVICES
2.1. Pre-Booking Services
Online Pre-Booking services are purely informative, and their sole purpose is to offer users the possibility to consult the availability of rooms in the hotel or city of their interest. WITHIN 24 HOURS, THE USER WILL RECEIVE AN E-MAIL CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION, WHICH WILL THEREFORE BE BINDING ONLY FOLLOWING THE ACCEPTANCE BY SAN CARLO SUITE TORINO, THROUGH ITS CONFIRMATION BY E-MAIL AND SUBSEQUENT PAYMENT BY THE USER. The user must verify the booking confirmation and immediately and in writing to San Carlo Suite Torino if there are any errors.
2.2. Online booking services
A. The purpose of the Online Booking Services is to book a room at San Carlo Suite Torino. The use of these services presupposes the full and unconditional acceptance and validity of all individual general terms and/or conditions, which will be considered to be automatically incorporated into the agreement signed with San Carlo Suite Torino without the need for their written transcription here, included in the most up-to-date version of these terms and/or conditions.
B. Contract Procedure: When the user uses this service, he will receive an email confirmation that includes confirmation that the customer’s purchase order is subject to the confirmation process. If the user is already a customer, once the amount for the Reservation has been paid, he will receive a confirmation email that will be worth as proof of the reservation itself. The name of the credit card holder must match the name of the guest staying at the property. At check-in, the credit card used to make the reservation will be requested to verify its details. The credit card holder must be present at check-in.
C. Guarantee: The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed throughout the night by credit card. If the customer does not show up, without prior notice, the cost of the night will be charged (VAT and taxes included). The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the card before the customer's arrival at the hotel, by making a pre-authorization or charging a certain amount, which will never exceed the equivalent of the first overnight stay of the reservation. In both cases, those transactions will be reversed the same day. The recredit or refund period depends solely on the card issuer, so the hotel has no responsibility for any delays in this regard. For clarification, a pre-authorisation temporarily retains or ‘blocks’ a specific amount to the customer’s bank account in order to verify the validity of the card and/or the existence of funds. In the event that the above transactions fail, the credit card will be considered invalid. This may result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
D. Termination of the agreement or cancellation of a reservation. The credit card is just a guarantee. A cancellation of the reservation by the user will not enll be charged for early cancellation, provided that this is done within the deadline specified on the basis of the day of arrival. Once this limit is exceeded, San Carlo Suite Torino will charge a cancellation fee as compensation, equal to the price of the night (VAT and taxes included).
E. CANCELLATION PENALTY SAN CARLO SUITE TORINO: There is no type of credit card charge if the cancellation takes place within 48 hours before the day of arrival at the hotel (local hotel time). If the customer does not show up, without prior notice, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
These clauses do not apply to bookings with NON-CANCELLABLE rates. In this case, 100% of the total cost of the reservation will be charged as the NON-CANCELLABLE rates are not entitled to any refund.
F. Rules on minors.
Minors under the age of 18 staying at the hotel must be accompanied by their parents, teachers or other duly authorised adults. Hotel staff may request documentation to identify adults such as parents/teachers as authorized persons.
G. Rates per room and per night
Rates are valid only in writing and only for the period indicated. The San Carlo Suite Torino reserves the right to change these prices without notice where there are justifiable reasons.
Booking fees are specified during the booking process.
H. Prices shown at the time of booking include VAT (or equivalent tax) at the applicable rate.
If the tax rate changes in the period between the date of booking and the date of provision of the services, resulting in a difference in price, depending on the tax regulation, the rate applied to the final price will correspond to the rate applicable at the time of delivery of the services or to the instalment, even if the rate at the time of delivery of the services results in an increase in the
2.3. You agree to use the services in accordance with the Law, Decency, respectability and public policy, as well as set forth in these General Terms and/or Conditions.
